Visit my ongoing web project, chronicling the history of one Missouri family caught in the turmoil of the Civil War. The family included Union and Confederate soldiers, who at one point were firing at each other during the siege of Vicksburg. Future plans include publishing on-line a Civil War memoir written by a distant cousin.
